Transgenders who were misdiagnosed and unnecessarily underwent the radical genital surgery should be in line for huge financial compensation.
The compensation would come as a result of medical malpractice lawsuits filed against the doctors and surgeons who wrongly approved any gender change procedures. Any medical or psychological practice would be liable for malpractice if they assisted in providing any hormone therapy in conjunction with radical surgical procedures that result in gender change regret and/or could not provide clinical proof a gender change took place as a result of surgery.
The gender surgery has resulted in a staggering number of suicide attempt rates, long term depression, long term disability and some returning to their birth genders, now minus the gender equipment they were born with. The medical professionals who financially benefit from providing a wide range of gender therapies are all directly responsible for medical malpractice and must provide compensation to anyone who underwent the surgery in the United States.
Send your name and story to Walt Heyer to get on the financial compensation list.

They rushed, sidestepped some therapy, and out and out lied to the doctors.

This article is full of errors;almost all those who go through SRS, are very happy with the results, stop with the untruths.

Let me help you with the truth. The individuals who have regret consist good people who went through the full term of The Standards of Care as required by Marci Bowers and other well respected medical doctors.
No lies just a poorly developed idea that suggest surgery "is the answer" when 41% attempt suicide and many suffer from misdiagnosis. Treatment has several forms and is required when treating a wide range of gender issues, surgery is not always the answer.
Walt
The only thing rushed was you poor judgement and your willingness to sidestep the issues the gender change regretters have as if they do not exist.

Excellent! If 40% regret, and there are 2000 surgeries a year, then you should have no problems getting 10,000 names. Who wouldn't want a free million or two?
Of course, if you don't get many, many thousands of names, then it says something about your the claims in your books. Might hurt you financially.
How many thousand do you have so far?

So, you agree that the 41% who attempt suicide are in fact regretters, you are quite correct to point this out. It is also suggested the deaths from suicide for trans folks is 30%.
It is very unfortunate 30% will not be in any position because of suicide to file a claim, sadly.
Good point that 41% are regretters

Yes, the regret rate is 41% they will not file a claim however, it is too late for them

I said "IF....".
Like "IF the world is Flat, then ships would fall off the edge"
This does not imply the world is Flat. It implies that if ships do not fall off the edge, the world cannot be flat.
How many thousands of takers do you have so far? Or how many hundreds? Or how many dozens? You must have some, the treatment is only 98% successful. That means there would be 40 per year.
The suicide rate is, of course, for those who haven't had treatment. For those that have, it's comparable with any other group with such massive discrimination against them.

Legal action taken by transgenders is not new at all and will not end anytime soon so. They perhaps will be flat after the implants are removed and as they cash in from the legal action and take the $$money to the bank.
Cut back on the Cool-Aid and try decaf your a little hyper.
So you consider the 41% who attempt suicide a success Ok that is all we need to know.
Lets see, -41 from 98 equals 98% success who says are schools are not teaching math?

Transgender issues have been gaining more exposure in the media ever since the increase of transgender related suicides. Add that with the fact that there are more and more antibullying campaigns and we will see a rise in transgender malpractice cases. I would even go as far as contacting a local malpractice lawyer and ask them what their views on this issue are. I will be contacting a member of ( http://www.ml-law.net/medical-malpractice-attorneys/philadelphia-law-firm-specializing-in-medical-malpractice-and-medical-negligence-law-firm ) and will be discussing the amounts of cases that relate to this specific area. I hope to gather a good amount of data and get to the bottom of this pressing issue.

Yes it is a pressing issue. Unfortunately the focus is on bulling and bulling is only one small factor that can be included in the high rate of transgender suicides.
If the lawyers are smart they will focus on the psychological and psychiatric treatment that has been largely withheld from the transgender population. If the lawyers dig in they can unwrap the real cause. They will discover bulling is used to force new laws that will not reduce the suicides of transgenders.
The major factor in suicides is a wide range of untreated psychological, psychiatric issues like dissociatiave identity, bi-polar, alcoholism and drug addiction to name only a few that drive depression that leads to transgender suicides. So, go get that data as I have done in my book Paper Genders.
Nice comments I thank you,
Walt
